What makes you say that Spartan MMA is gone?

They're not gone that far though, about 10 minutes away in the car!

You're being very picky for MMA / Thai boxing. There's less than 20 MMA clubs in Ireland by my estimation. is http://www.threecastlesmma.com/Location.aspx any closer? To expect one to be within 20 mins walk...

How about you have a look yourself at the map for three castles and for spartan mma and decide which is nearer.

Either suck it up and take the longer walk, grab a bus or get a bike.

If you can't push yourself to walk longer than 20 minutes, then MMA and Muay Thai may not suit you.

Would it matter if there's a bit of a hill?.
