Bad manners

I always had a pretty thick skin about bad manners, but just very recently it's started to piss me off. The sense of respect on the streets is so low and courtesy is rare. I sometimes idealise a better place to live but then it seems many of the ill mannered are foreign visitors, so maybe I'm not right there.
Anyone else get annoyed by this?

Ill manners thoroughly scunner me, sadly the indigenous population are worst of all

It is the loss of the twofacedness brought about by not caring about what other people think.

We would likely think you are rude, because the english are furthur down the line in this respect.
