blackberry ringing to short

    i got a new blackberry and it only ring for a about 10 secs, never enough for me to answer. any one know how to set the delay time to call forwarding longer.

    (now i know am getting old cant even get around a mobile)

    if the above suggestion doesn't work...

    the o2 call centre were able to extend the ring time of my SE k800i when I enquired. Don't know if you are on o2, but it appeared to be network related for me

    **61*[Insert your number here with a 5 after the prefix]**[number of seconds you want to ring]#

    Works for me.

    Max is 30 seconds on billpay for that shortcode suggested above.. usually done in 5 or 10 second increments.
