Just wondering if anyone uses an air compressor for cleaning their gear.
I think they use something similar in the likes of conns ,for cleaning sensors etc.

It would have to be spcial compressor with filters, because standard ones carry traces of oil with the air. I have compressed Air in the can now. Although I don't have a chip in my camera... ;)

Most would recommend you don't use compressed air, due to the reasons above, with contimants.

Also, cans of compressed air are also bad since they contain propellants which can stain and damage a sensor.

Just blown air (with a rocket blower or such) is generally enough to remove many dust spots. Other than that, it's sensor fluid and swabs.

Cheers paul ,I probably need to have all my stuff professionally cleaned at this stage. I've not used it in months and there seems to be dust on everything.
