Take your average bog trotting, turf shed owning, mayo farmer who eats bacon and cabbage and drinks tea all day long.

Right, introduce mustard and chilli, and you have a very scared individual.

Across the whole of the mayon peninsular and turf shed ownership, what are the stats of mustard and chilli quaffage?

What is the likely rise of mustard and chilli intake over the next few decades in these here wild parts?

I'm from Mayo and have been known to trot accross the bog to get turf for me shed. I have bacon (with mustard) and cabbage, not as often as I would like mind and love me cup of tae, or if trotting the bog an auld lucozade bottle (has to be glass) full of tae.
I like nothing more than a nice chilli sauce my fav at the mo is a bottle of snake bite which is nearly 1.6 million on the scoville scale. Nice with homemade chilli burgers.
