Holiday with the Girlfriend

    Hello,

    Booking a holiday with my girlfriend for 7 days to 10 days around late August early September!

    Thinking of 2 options at the moment...Barbados, Vietnam, or Thailand!?

    What would be a better holiday?? All the prices are roughly the same!

    Not all that easy to say which one would be "better" without knowing things like your budget, your age, and what you like doing or expect from a holiday !

    Vietnam would need more than 10 days to see it properly.
    Thailand would be possible in that time frame, pretty much lying on a beach in Phuket or Koh Sumai. Wouldn't get to see much of the country though.

    Haven't been to Barbados.

    What about Cuba?? Great city in Havanna and lots of beaches etc as well.

    heading to asia for 7 - 10 days is a long way for such a short time. you wont see much of thailand in 10 days as you will lose days here and there if you are travelling around unless you get overnight trains or buses.

    ****, Ya i know this is kinda true isn it!

    Well if I was looking to spend a grand only, and forget about the exotics like Thailand and the likes?

    Anyone have any good ideas, for a good cheap romantic holiday with me and g/f. We are 22 and like something quiet relaxing, and a good view ;)
