Hell on earth - the worst moments of our lives.

I was taking a short cut thru my old Uni in Glasnevin a few days ago only to find some poor chaps in class rooms studying for repeats. Is there a worse hell? Im interested to here any nightmare stories.

Thankfully I had nothing too scary in life so far, although an 11 hour overnight say in Newark due to storms between flights was unbelieveable. After a trans atlantic flight, I found myself pacing the shops in "duty free" about 70 times, and then trying to fall asleep across 4 chairs while being off my face with tiredness.

Also the jamming of the thumb in the car door as I closed it incident was hell. Couldnt sleep for days with the pain.

Being sea-sick for a solid 20 hours on the way back from France was pretty horrendous. Had to stay in the exact same position the whole time so I wouldn't vomit. Still did though.....4 times.

Having tonsillitis a few years ago was pretty horrific... The antibiotics that my doctor gave me did sweet feck all and it got progressively worse, I ended up having to go home to my parents and get my mum to look after me... Hated feeling that helpless and nearly burst into tears when she picked me up:o

It was a lot worse than it sounds, but guess I should still feel grateful that I haven't had to go through any experiences worse than that...

Trying to get back from London last weekend after an absolutely epic weekend of drinking was fairly hellish!:P

Let's see, unrequited love of a very good friend, leading to losing two best friends, becoming fairly alcoholic secretly(god I love whiskey) and having to repeat 5 exams due to not going to college for the year, somehow passed 12.
Having private parts cut by a blender at 1 AM the night before my Electromagnetic Magnetic Theory exam and getting several women to stitch me back up and give me odd looks before doing the exam on tranquilisers and painkillers. Not being allowed get aroused for two months under penalty of so much pain you'd pass out. Doctors also questioned my 'sex games' and said I could not see the other half for a few months eek. Yeah, tonsilitis isn't in my top ten. :p
Ah the past, things always get better.

When I was 16 I had to have an operation in an "awkward" place.
Anyway a little while before going into surgery a doctor comes along and tells me there's a chance I'd lose one of my balls.
For any guy, that's a bad thing to hear. For a hormonal teenager - well you can imagine how nervous I was.
And I didn't know 'til after I woke up from surgery if I'd have one ball or two for the rest of my life. Thankfully, they are both still there!

The hour before the operation was probably the most scared I've ever been. The hour after was the most relieved I've ever been (along with when I got my Leaving Cert results)
