Advice on pricing please

A company might want to use one of my photgraphs for a development project that they are doing. "I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO USE IT ANYWHERE WITHIN THE JOB (IE BROCHURE
WEBSITE, SIGNS, ADVERTS OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT MIGHT ARISE " , are the terms under which he wants to use it. I'm just wondering about a few things and hoping some of you on here that have experince with such things can give me some pointers. Am I selling him the exclusive rights to the shot under these terms so that the photograph is no longer mine? And how much should I charge for this. Any advice at all is welcome lads and ladies. I recall a talk from a Stock Photographer talking about this.

From memory you can sell them;

the rights to use the image, but not exclusive use.
the rights to use the image, exclusive for a set period.
the rights to use the image exclusively & permanently, which is almost selling them the copyright.

Each option costs significantly more then the previous one.
