    1) I work for a business that doesnt pay tax on all its workers , thry also pay cash in hand , i am 18 and paided under the minimum wage 1.65 below it and have been working there for 2 years .The staff are only given a 20 minute break, we do not recieve any extra pay for bank holidays or sundays either.

The staff are not members of a trade union , but surely this is wrong .Who do I contact on the staff problems and on the business tax issues

Surely the first thing you should do is slag off civil servants for being in a union and not having to put up with crap from a sh1t employer.

This must be our fault somehow.

Maybe get some manners and you might get a job that pays basic wage.

An employee in their first year of employment since turning 18 is legally entitled to a minimum wage of €6.92 not the full €8.65. There's nothing illegal about what you're getting paid.

The rest of it does sound somewhat shoddy. There are plenty of small companies out there stupidly bending the rules.
