Which PDA/Phone Hybrid?

Thinking of getting a new hybrid, my current one on its last legs...
I've used numerous XDA/Sony Ericssons/Palms but am a bit out of the loop atm.

Im especially looking for good 3rd party software support which is why I reckon a Windows CE would be the one to go for.

Im thinking of the Orbit 2 (integrated GPS) or the Flame (nVidia 5500 GPU) Im thinking emulators would play better on the Flame but I'm not sure if they make use of the dedicated graphics?

I know for a fact the Flame is good for 624mhz but am unsure if the 400mhz Qualcomm in the Polaris is as fast or can be over/underclocked...

    Ay thoughts/suggestions?

I have the Palm Treo 750v. windows based. I find it very good. it might be a bit slow for you 300mhz. and no WIFI.

there is the new treo 800 with wifi and gps. not availble in ireland yet.
