    Generic brand stainless steel extractor hood, 60cm, priced at around €82 but rang through the till at €41.15, installed and working perfectly, very good price for this spec of hood, product code VH60SS

    Same manufacturer but not that exact one, slightly different layout of the fan and light buttons on the front, that one is on clearance special at around €90 IIRC.
    B&Q Athlone is where I picked it up, looks like a 50% price reduction although no sign of this on the floor, just when put through the till.

    Thanks for the reply, the one above is what came up when i put in product code VH60SS.

    I tried ringing B&Q but they told me the cheapest ones they had were €139 (they were not able to search by product code) so I don't think it's worth the long trek out to Liffey Valley unless I know they have them.
