    Quick question, what are PC Sum Allowances?
    I see them mentioned in alot of property ads.

    "PC" is "Prime Cost" - it is a specific amount of monet set aside for that item. What you need to be conscious of is whether it covers materials only or materials and labour. You want labour included in the main constract and not in the PC sum.

    Examples would be where some people might be happy with chrome bathroom fittings and other would want gold.
