Has iPoker fixed the connection problems?

    Hi guys,

I used to play on ipoker (Paddypower, then Titan, then ChilliPoker) but although I love the games I had to move away from it a few months ago as I couldn't stand the connection problems any longer. I now play on OnGame and there are no problems with connection there (almost no problems) - please note that I connect with a 3G broadband (not the best for gaming) :p ...good games, nice tourneys, etc...the only problem is that there are not many satelites for big events running there, so I was wondering if iPoker has fixed the connection problems?

I opened an account with GreenJokerPoker today (I want to play the satellite for the Irish Classic Poker Festival in Cork tomorrow night) and then the GUKPT, and played for play money (lol) for 30 minutes and did not get disconnected even once. Was I just lucky or iPoker actually fixed the connection problems?

    Thank you. :)

I play on iPoker alot. I have only once experienced disconnection problems (over c. 50,000 hands).

So, as far as I can tell, they seem to have solved the problems.

    Good luck

No, I only started playing regularly in November and never really experienced any problems.

Thank you! You must have a solid broadband connection :)

Anybody here who use 3g connections noticed any difference?

was down only a few days ago there was a thread about it and a couple of wks ago if u won in a sat they had to credit the money into your account rather than u being automatically registered for the bigger sat or whatever

Ouch, this is not good....it would make it difficult for me to hand over 1.5k € cash for the ticket rather than keep it...I'd prefer to be registered automatically and with no option to transfer it :o ...can anyone confirm this?

Cool thanks, I will give it a shot tomorrow night then :)

Hopefully the connection will be ok, last time I played on iPoker it almost cost me a laptop (was very close to throw it out of the window) :p
