Nokia N78 MMS on O2...

So, I bought (and love) an N78, but for some reason I can't send MMS from it. I've had o2 make sure it's all set up (which it is) and they've sent me the settings. When I try to send an MMS, I'm told that the sending has failed and to contact o2 to active MMS (which it already is). When I receive and MMS, I don't get the pic, just a link and a PIN to see it on the internet.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems??

Sorry I can't answer your question but it might be worth (if you haven't one this already) getting O2 customer care and possibly tech service on a different line and step through all the settings with them to make sure they are set up right. Do a full restart with battery pull just in case

I am thinking of getting this phone. Where did you get it and do you mind me asking how much you paid? What did you come from and what do you find are the best and worst qualities about the phone. I have read some bad things about the keypad. What features have you tried (GPS, browsing etc) and how have you found them?

do the following on your phone:
menu-messaging-options-settings-multimedia message (the menus might be slightly different on your phone)

make sure the access point in use is o2 mms

if it is, put your sim into a different o2 phone that's set up for mms and see if it works (if it worked in your old phone don't bother doing this)

if it works in the old phone but not the new one and the settings are set to o2 mms, go to an o2 store and get a replacement sim. It's free
