New Kittens Name

Just got a new cat/kitten and no idea what to call it. My first ever cat was called Hitler because of his funny little nose, but he died, I kid you not he was shot by a Polish guy in our estate:mad:. The wisdom of that name I do wonder about now. Anyway, got another and called it Fluffy O' Hitler in rememberence of the original Hitler. He has survived. So need a new name now for new kitty. He Is kinda tigery striped and really quiet. Any suggestions?

Chairman Meow is a good one although you could end up calling him chair or cher..

Hope that person who shot your cat was reported, I presume there are also children in the estate and other animals so I'd warn other pet owners in the area. Keep your new cat indoors as it will happen again no doubt.

Haha, someone beat me to it with Chairman Meow... I believe Ricky Gervais called his cat that (bit of useless trivia for ye there!). So my second suggestion would have to be... Meowsollini.

He looks like a Tortoiseshell, and 99% of them are female...

I don't think I have many names for you just advice on it and for every one else never call your animal what it looks like ie black cat / blacky or sutty -- a tabby tiger or strippy -- a white snowy or whitie.

I find calling them by what they look like only helps other people ie polish man with a gun (hope you reported him, don't let him away with it) or kids to call them over and do harm to them when anyone see's my animals I find the first thing they do is call the black cat blacky or sutty and so fort, get to no her personality and it will come to you.

Heres some anyway I try never to repeat the same names in my house so you can use these if you like any, get of my back, my god them nails, no get out of the frigde, were did my steak go ?, get your head out of that toilet, nooooo!!!!! thats what the litter trays for and my favorite where's my kisses and hugs.

Why don't you find out what hitlers wifes name was.

I don't know to be honest, he was just lying in his litter. He has a little brother called Fuzzy though, I might take him in.

I don't know where you are but there have been several reported cases of panleukopenia (FPV) which is also known as feline infectious enteritis (FIE) or feline parvo from an area in Tallaght. It can take 3 weeks to show symptoms and kittens go downhill very quickly (kittens from healthy litters that were exposed to this and brought to the vet weeks before symptoms showed still dropped dead in the vets with little to no warning).

If you are in the Tallaght area or if the little guy did show any symptoms that might match any of those listed for the disease above please do be careful about taking in another kitten, especially from the same litter.

So sorry for your loss, there's no heartbreak as hard as losing a little one you're just getting to know.
Hopefully you'll be ready to bring the sibling home soon!

sorry to hear of poor Chairman Meows demise.

We have just 'acquired' a totally black little cutie. We were trying to think of a name, as we don't know him very long, its hard to judge is personality, so thougt we'd name him based on looks. He is completely black - this led to te suggestion that we name him after a famous black person (not offence intended to anyone). suggestions included Martin Luther (nah) Denzil (nah) then I came up with Puss Daddy which I thought was very witty, but my other half didn't (he's Turkish so the word play was lost onhim).

We have now decided on Fiddy, as in 50 cent, but he never says his own name properly and it always comes out as 'Fiddy cent'. It suits the little mite as he is quite little, so he is Fiddy Diddy!
If I remember to get a pic I'll put it up. Just hope there are no hip hop gangbangers on our street who are inspired by the polish man shooting hitler! lol
