Just alot of sites with nice designs change as their owners like to revamp a lot so a normal bookmark isn't as good.

I use this Firefox Extension that easily allows you to save screengrabs of website.
http://pearlcrescent.com/products/pagesaver/

I then just save the image into a directoy on my computer. Can view that in windows with thumbnail view, or use something like Picasa for a nicer view of things.
