    Does anyone have experience of buying Macbooks from Cheetah Express?

    Here's what their FAQs say about import duties into the EU:
    5. Will I have to pay VAT/Duty for any purchases?
    For most EU countries, we will take care of VAT and Duty by having charges forwarded back to our company, but there are few (Portugal, Greece) that we will ask the customer to pay the import costs for, however we will provide a reimbursement for these fees once delivered. A receipt will be requested for the import fees paid.
    1. It's not clear from their website whether they ship exclusively from the US, or bypass import duties by shipping from the UK.
    2. Auctions on eBay give both US & UK locations
    3. What's the level of buyer protection on eBay these days (eBay virgin...)?
