    How about this: http://www.in-house.ie/product_details.asp?pro_id=722&cat=1&subcat=3 :p

Counter top one would probably take up loads of space and really get in the way? My idea of having 2 dishwashers instead of cupboards and presses for cutlery and plates is still on the cards for when I own my own place. Buy the 2, put all the dishes in one, as you need them and use them, take them out and when you're finished with them, put them in the other one, then when you need to, just turn that one on (and if you had any clean ones left in the first one and you think you'll need them, put them in the one you're about to turn on) and when finished, start doing the same thing, into the one that is now empty. Minimal effort, minimal mess, minimal clutter, less presses needed for cutlery and clean dishes always available after an hour or two of a button push :D
