Sky: Other channels, BBC 1 help!

Hi guys, just got sky today. I have BBC NI but would prefer BBC London. So I was poking around and found it in the other channels menu. I foolishly pressed the yellow button thinking it would add to my favs but it deleted it. Any way to get it back? There doesn't appear to be any other BBC regions in sky guide.
