Paypal withdrawal money disappeared

Ok so I added my savings account to my paypal, and recently withdrew 120€ to it, 13 days ago. The money never went through, I rang the bank and they told me its a notice deposit account so the money would not have went in. According to my paypal account the transaction (the withdrawal) has been completed, what will happen…

Ok so I added my savings account to my paypal, and recently withdrew 120€ to it, 13 days ago.

The money never went through, I rang the bank and they told me its a notice deposit account so the money would not have went in.

According to my paypal account the transaction (the withdrawal) has been completed, what will happen to the money?

According to AIB the money would not have entered the account and would be returned to paypal's bank account.

My question is if a withdrawal is listed as completed, does paypal think it has worked, or is it a case of the money going back to paypal, and they have not yet realised the transaction has failed.
