Can it be done online....i have 02 online account if that helps?

I'd sure o2 could do that if you rang them and answered a zillion security questions:confused::

    Its under the couch!!;)

(is it your phone?) Is the phone still turned on? You could walk around the house with a portable radio while ringing the phone ..It will make the radio buzz when your close..
to answer your question ..afik youd have to call customer care.. is it bill pay?

Can be done online with Vodafone online but not with O2. You could ring O2 and ask but I've asked before and the agents can't do it themselves. They could refer it to tech but then it goes into a trouble ticket queue (which could take 24 hours or more) and they generally won't do it as there's more important things to do.

Plead your case? How important of a customer are you ?

if they won't do it, head down to an o2 store and get a replacement sim, its free. you can get your contacts off your old sim when you find it

depends on how your account is set up. If they can do it for you, it only takes about 20 seconds
