Hi, I'm getting a vodafone 3g card through work. My understanding is that work won't get the usb ones for some strage policy reason. They only do the pcmcia ones. I can only see an expresscard one listed on the vodafone site. Any idea what models they are shipping? What speeds can they theoretically handle?

Chances are they are getting you the card version so that you don't plug it into your computer at home for personal use, We'll theoretically it'll stop you anyways.

Aren't laptop's with pcmcia hard to find now days?
