Beginner's Course

    Here I know there's some new pimping rules but I've done this here before so I suppose I'll do it again!

    As you may already know, we run regular beginner's courses at KO Martial Arts. The next beginner's course will start on Tuesday 2nd of September at 7pm and run for 6 weeks. The course is designed to give the total beginner a base in grappling and allow them to graduate into our regular classes. If you're already a member, you can use the course alongside your regular classes of course.

    The course is free to KO members who want to brush up on their fundamentals, and €60 to non members.

    Places are strictly limited, so if you're already a member, you must sign up for the course.
