Do you think when you play higher stack sit and go's $ 50 and above you avoid less bad beats because players dont play with to many stupid hands as with the $ 5/ $10 sit and go's

I have played alot of sit and goes over the week and have started to see that players bluff alot less in the $50 dollar sit and go's

Also if you do play the $50 dollar sit and go's do you play the Jackpot ones on PP poker that pays out 3 of the 6 players or do you play $50 ones that only pays two players ?

    Whats your opinion or view

You are correct in your first paragraph that the higher the stake then the less bad beats as you get fewer nutcases, but you shouldn't think this is a a good thing - its not.

You will struggle to get much return at the Jackpot SNGs as the rake is very high. (I'm being slightly hyprocritical here as I play a lot of them myself (the $5s and $20 ones)).

Bigmickg and Requim4ADream are the resident big buy-in SnG experts. I'm sure they'll have some advice. I'd agree that you'll get less bad beats, and I'd imagine less hands go to showdown. But this is serious stuff. The variance is still huge. And anyway, I'd say there's a lot of metagame stuff going on there.

You'll still get jokers playing j4o against you. Only difference is, when they win they think they're Gus Hansen when they're doing it, and are delighted when they fool you with their deceptive play.

you will be getting less bad beats at the higher buyin levels because u are playing better quality players. Remember bad beats are good, it just means you are getting your chips in when ahead.
