Blueface Voicemail System Borked ?

Hi all, Just wondering if anyone is experiencing issues with Blueface Voicemail at the moment. Our call history is showing 4 voicemails left in the past 24 hours but when we dial 171, the mailbox is empty. Can't get through to tech support.
