Dunno if anyone is aware of this show,HBO are screening it currently Stateside.7 part mini series on Recon Marines in Iraq 2003 based on the book of the same name.I can recommend this totally,not gung ho hoo-ra stuff and not sentimental rubbish either.Im sure the tech savvy folks here can figure out how to access it.Made…

I have watched episode 1 and 2, It is actually very Oo-rah, but in a good way. I like it.

Shows Recon Marines who consider themselves more "Elite" Than the other Marines. Good show.

Ye that Sgt. Major is going to be the next R. Lee Ermey. It's a good show, in a style similar to Band of Brothers, tho it feels as if the first few episodes are just a build up.
