    FYI
It's on the 23rd and 24th Aug in the Red cow
What time does it finish up at. Am getting in from the states the morning of the 24th. Had been hoping to go purely to spectate, need to know the rules smoothly to play in a comp.

I'd say it'll finish up around 5-6 with the prize giving.
Best bet is to give the lads in GW a shout for confirmation.

I'll be the one rolling speed freeks around the table and being noisy.

Got 2nd last year with Tau.
New year, new rulebook, new codex, new army time to see if I can better my standing ;)

Looking at the armies now. Love to see nice armies. The Death Corps army is impressive, and I think some of those modles are quite recent so it was painted in time for the GT.

The Cheesy Pre-Heresy Army derserved the award.Scary to see the last 2 pics, both the Nurgle and Khorne Daemon armies with 2 Soulgrinders!

That Raven Guard objective marker....are those 2 daemonettes stradling a marine?

My own army was largely painted this month. I was still painting and basing the night before an the last paint went on a base the morning of. Good old gamer tradition.

Ugo's death guard looked top notch. Only regret of the weekend was not getting a chance to play it.

Adam was a pretty good opponent considering we faced each other twice and the 2nd one did make a standings difference. He took the slagging for his army well and has gone back to the DGG for gaming rehabilitation.

The raven guard - yes. He got the award for most original objective marker. He's one of the East side fatties who's name I can never remember.
