i left my job of 2 years at the end of june and am just back from doing some travelling. Im now looking for work and wanted to know if im eligible. Im 21, living with my parents(father retired, mother comfortably paid, dont know if that info matters). Ive been working for the last 2 years so me thinks i should have paid enough PRSI.

    A couple of questions:

Am i eligible for the full amount?

What will i need to show them? P45, etc?

And if i am eligible, how long does it take to get set up?

    Any help is apprectiated:)

TO quailfy now for JB you need to have 39 stamps paid in 2006. You should quailfy and once you were earning over €150 per week in your job you should the full amount. YOu need to bring with you P45, proof of address, 2 forms of ID and job seeking efforts. It depends on the office to how it will take but i would say they are all very busy at the moment.
