I like the lot. The sky looks lovely in them all.

I reckon #3 is the winner by a mile. Lovely colours -especially in the foreground- and a nice view. Nice and relaxing. I'd be proud of that picture if I had taken it.

The first one seems blown up bigger than it's pixelation-size, maybe it's just noise, but it's still an impresive picture. the colours in the sky match the street lights which is quite nice!

The 2nd is my least favourite. Something about the ratio between sky and middle ground I think. But that's a personal view, I'm not an expert at all! It's a bit dark for me, but the lights on the streets are well caught.

    Nice work, I reckon!

    What camera are you using?

They are nice. I think that the 1st is as mehfesto2 says pixelly but nice composition and love the colour of the sky and the clouds.

2nd one is perfect exposure to highlight the sky, which is really nice, but again as mehfesto says, the balance between the sky and middle ground, might have been better if you lay down to cut out some middle ground and got more sky, which for me is the main player in the shot.

3rd shot has the right composition, but a bit overexposed sky, if you had the same exposure for the 3rd shot as the 2nd, youd have a winner id say.

Im no expert, just giving my opinion. Where were they taken? Looks like from those fields at the end of the airport runway or somewhere like that?

Ditto on 3. Some nice stuff on your Flickr as well. Keep it up!

Thanks for the replies and to answer your questions...

They were taken with an Olympus E510, got it a month or so ago.

Yeah they were taken from the fields overlooking leghanamore and Togher..was driving past and thought the sky looked nice so jumped over the ditch.

Thought so. I was there a few weeks ago trying to scope out a place to get some night shots of the city. Looks good. Now i got my tripod i can go up there. Just have to avoid the cow pats :)
