Hey everyone....
So basically have a romantic night planned with by boyfriend for tommorow night, we dont get to see each other that often so i was hoping it would be pretty special. thing is i got my period today (it wasnt due until next week) and now i dunno what to do.
what does everyone thing of sex during the time of the month? Should i tell him before he travels down to see me?
Im really confused about what to do! Please help!

This is a little known fact but true, sleep vertically tonight (well I mean sitting up with your upper body against packed pillows), the uterus needs to drain and cant do so efficiently when you are horizontal (lying down)

Also an excersise for ahem, working it out is, stand straddled on the floor and alternately windmill your arms touching your opposite toe each time. Works too for some reason.

What is up must come down, so get as much of it out before tomorrow night as you can. It works, gravity is your friend.

Also, wear black undies and use dark sheets, less staining!

If you're going out for a while there shouldn't be any issue with this very natural process. Other than the potential to stain your bed which is easily over come with use of a towel etc. I personally don't see any problem.

To be honest if he is a decent guy he will not want to have sex with you during your period. I would not even contemplate having sex with my girlfriend of 2 years..

Just wait until the next time.. tell him he has to wait for it.. will make it 10 times better when it does happen..

Are you serious? Jesus it's not acid, just a bit messy. I'm a decent guy (if I don't say so myself ) and I wouldn't have the slightest issue with it. You could be potentially doing yourself out of 72 days a year of sex, who'd want that

If it's a romantic night, it's a romantic night. If he cares he would want to see you regardless of the period.

If at a result of the night you both feel like having sex, perfect! I don't think there's anything wrong in doing so with the period. But if you don't feel fit for it, or unconfortable, next time! It's not a big deal..

Sorry, but thats complete balls. If he has an issue with blood, fine. If he doesnt better. You can either deal with this kind of thing or you cant. If you are ok with it op, check if he is. If he says lets go, then do!

If you decide to, buy some nice dark towels. That new aubergine colour would be great. Have sex on them. As things get messy, clean as you go. Orgasm (yours) can make it messier, but honestly try to take it in your stride. Its life, it happens.

I would tell him, if it bothers him that much that he dosent arrive then you can do better than him. if he arrives and says he hasnt just come down for the sex then its happy days.

If you's still want to have sex then i normally find a good soak in the bath holds your period off for a while. Dont do the sex and period thing myself but the bath thing is meant to work.

Usually when I wear a super tampons for a whole day & take them out at night they seem to have absorbed everyting & nothing leaks out for ages afterwards...

so just take your super tampon out right before sex & another one back in straight afterwards..

I remember my boyfriend took mine out for me cause he was in such a horny mood once lol

Yuck no, I couldn't do it while I have my period. And especially if I just got it! The first 2/3 days are the heaviest for me and it even disgusts me so I'd never put my boyfriend through that!

You can really make the night romantic and tbh penetrative sex is or should be only a part of the whole experience.

I dont see a problem,sure it's messy but it's only natural so it wouldn't bother me at all especially if I only got to see you every now and then.
My ex had a big issue with this,it used to wreck my head,she wouldnt let me near her when she was on ze blob but if it's still an issue(<-boom boom)
