Seriously though, I'm not qualified to critisise or advise you in any aspect of cards. From when I've played with you, you're a solid player. Don't bluff Donks.

A7 is not a good hand to call off 4/5 of your stack pre-flop vs a known ROCK

    (you are still not forgiven;))

Stop raising straddles just to get into a big pot you might win when you have 10 7 or some crap.

Calling all in with J10 cos your getting 3/1 when theres two players already all in is not value.Especially when you have a playable stack.

Stop check calling when you know your behind.Fold every now and again.

When your bluffing keep your mouth shut and stay still! you bounce around your seat and talk talk talk!

You should stop calling raises against tight players because there tight and you will probably take it down....

Your a good player but just play way too loose sometimes, when you play well you win, stick to that.

prefer not having you on my table. you raise ALOT which makes you toucher to play, but when doing so be aware of your position. i.e we all love to raise 89suited, but maybe 2nd-3rd to act is not the place to do it. as said above, tighten your calling range. gg, wp, etc.

    Heya Eoghan,
Im sure we have played together before but am not sure what you look like. Any pics? (in lingerie preferably keeping in tone with some of the recent threads)

Work on your poker face. You have one face for when you have a hand and another for when you're bluffing. Its quite easy to tell what you're up to. Talking during a hand is always a defintive no. Unless you're faced with a decision and are looking for information.

    Hope this helps....

    Dont bluff Vinnie
    Dont bluff Janet
    Dont bluff Ozzie
    Dont bluff Joanne
    Dont bluff Robert
    Dont bluff Seanie
    Dont bluff Ken
Dont under any circumstances bluff Paddy
    Dont bluff anyone in Bakers

Seriously though you get over committed to pots where its obvious the other player is weak but just wont fold. Overbetting at it just doesnt work in those games.

You're one of the few players I know who is much better against a higher standard of player. Not results wise but the quality of your play. If you played the same game you would kill the worse players.

Stay away from cheeky spins and blackjack. Dont play drunk. Contrary to CHD and Glenjamin your bluffing tell isnt that obvious. Not as much as they think. They are missing your main tell which is a dead giveaway but I wont be sharing that.

You(and me) put too much value into those cash games with the straddle especially since we nearly always end up having to put in another €10+ since we "can't fold a straddle". Cant play like that underrolled which we, unfortunately, usually are.

Did I say not to bluff Paddy.
Dont call Rocky he has AA
Cillian wont be around at the end of a tournament so dont worry about him!

Always remember: YOU ARE SERIOUS and your banter is tremendous

A9s is a serious hand and suited 1 gappers are the nuts. ALWAYS

    Hey Eoghan,

Havn’t played against you much lately, but as stated earlier you’re a solid player but tend to get involved in some marginal hands. This is ok if you hit or can get away when the flop goes against your hand but I think too many times once you get involved in a hand you refuse to back down. This is a leak imo.
Fwiw be more aware of position, patience early on and make less speculative calls unless getting in cheap and multiway with good implied odds.

    Good luck at the tables.
