I was just wondering how long does it take to set up your 3V voucher with paypal. I'm still waiting on my bank statement to use a proper credit card. Does the number that you need to proceed, which appears on your statement, appear immediately on 3V? Could I have set up my voucher on paypal within an hour or two? Thanks in…
