You reduce the link to the actual video number (the bit after and then wrap it in the specially provided youtube tags

You copy anything after the '=' (e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEFfjTdXmyw , so cut/copy mEFfjTdXmyw ) and place it in the [yuotube][/youtube] tags.
