[Available] Room for one person in Waterford for some-one going to WIT

Hiya, i am advertising a room in Templars Hall in Waterford city. It is a house for 3 people. Myself and a friend will be attending WIT in September and it will be our first year in college. As we are girls we would prefer for another girl to live with us also but boys are welcome to also apply. The house has 3 bedrooms (one of which has 2 single beds so we can fit 4 people if you would like), a big kitchen and living room with two bathrooms(one upstairs and one downstairs).there is also a garden at the back of the house!
Its a pretty big, modern house in a good area with plenty of amenities around.
Rent is €80 a week and we also have to pay electricity which wont be too much once we split it!probably an extra €5- €10 a month.

The college WIT is only 5 mins away and you can see it from the house.

If you have a car, parking is also available outside the house!:)

I only came across this thread now (like a year later:P) but im lookin to go do a plc course in W.C.F.E. later this year all going well. even if ye no of sum place as cheap as the 1 that ye hav now datd be deadly!
