    Hello folks,

I'm moving away to the uk for a year so I was looking to get a good webcam for meself and as a present for the other half, who'll be spending most of here time here. I'm looking to set up skype and stuff. I have a windows laptop, but I was really impressed by the quality of the imac camera. Does anyone know any good, affordable webcams out there I could get? I'm in dublin by the way.

    Thanks

I got a logitech webcam a while ago and it gives very good results, much better than my dell laptop cam. cost about €30 euros and works fine with Skype

i like logitech peripherals. im in it for the mice and microphones/headests, but I have no reason to believe their webcams are bad.

I dont see why you would have an issue running the webcam. you have USB 2.0, or 1.1?
