I have a new Bosch KAN58B american f/freezer. I'm going to log a service request later this evening. But on the chance that some of ye might know I thought I'd post up the problem here.

The freezer section seems to partially defrost and refreeze from time to time. The ice maker will clog up as the ice cubes defrost and get wet and then refreeze and stick together, and the food is getting soft and then frozen solid again. Freezer section is set at -22c.

Any idead why it would be cycling temps?
