    Hi

I am looking to get a new 24 inch monitor and I was looking at the Samsung SM245B on the DABS site. But they have 3 versions of that model listed on the site here which range in price from 326 to 410 euro. But I can't see any difference in the spec's. Can anyone tell me what the difference is?

    Thanks

    Dave

Who knows? Could be different lcd panels or adjustments and changes to the housing.

I have a Samsung 245B and I can see some differences on the page.

Some of it is response time 2ms and 5 ms.

The panel i have is a TN panel but it is possible that some of the more
expenisve models there are not TN panels but the higher quality alternative
which i forget the name of.

    Thanks all

Shiny, how do you find it as a monitor. Would you recommend it?

    Thanks

I have one and absolutely love it. 2ms response time is great. It being a TN panel doesn't bother me at all as i sit directly in front of it while gaming, most people don't know the difference anyway and I've never noticed a colour being off. Just turn off Magicolour and don't install the software that comes with it, just the driver, software does nothing for it anyway only make the colours look richer, but unneccessary. Absolutely no complaints here, best investment I've made in yrs.
