NEW FOR TUESDAY’S

YES, IT’S THE ONE YOU HAVE

BEEN WAITING FOR!!

Every Tuesday starting this week, we will be running a €10+€1 round-of-each tournament with €5 unlimited re-buys, for 90 mins.

The tournament will be No Limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha.

1st hand 9pm, with new entries for the first 2 levels (1 hour).

Players will receive:

2000 original buy-in chips

2500 re-buy chips

3000 top-up chips

An Omaha training school will be held for new players in The Jackpot at 7:30pm sharp every Tuesday.

The game changes every time the button reaches seat 9. There will be a 30 min clock for the first 3 levels and a 20 min clock thereafter.

gr8 tourney duke, only 25 runners, however, the sick 102 rebuys and 15 add ons really got the prize pool going. Busted out in 7th after aces got cracked by ducks:(. standard of omaha was pretty awful some guy called my raise with q1025 like wtf???? Gr8 tounrey def. playing next week. Hope it gets more runners nxt time. PURE SICKNESS

Good show Duke, standard of PLO was terible as said.
25 runners = 825 pool---sickos, I came 3rd, €125, not a bad return on €15,
structure was a little too deep at the end due to all the rebuys, i think maybe regular blinds for the plo after the break might be an idea

Wandered in to this last night - first time in Jackpot. Really enjoyed the madness. Expected the PLO insanity to reduce a little after the rebuy period, but still couldn't resist trying to quadruple up with a988ds. Guy on my left, with the largest stack in this pot (Neil?) took it down with q964 (or similar quality).

Good laugh - will try to get back in again... good few hours entertainment for €6 (!!).

Yeah a good time was had by all. I had 14 rebuys most of which i spunked off blind but it was alot of fun. I never really got into the freezeout stage because of the madness still lingering from the rebuy stage. I will do better next week, hopefully i can hit 20 rebuys. The omaha standard was bad as people have said but the more you play the better you and the standard will get.

i refuse to pay 25 quid for a pack of razors.

Its much nicer to let it grow and get a hot towel shave for €30 in the grafton barber once a month.

Gary pots it to 375
I re-pot in next seat
Dealer goes into the tank, (working out the bet)
After counting it up he announces that I made it 600

quick update on last tuesday

22 runners, 100 re-buys 12 top ups

good fun, average stack after the re-buy period 14,000 with the blinds at 100 200 so plenty plenty of play...........hope to see you this tuesday

24 runners

143 re-buys and 16 top ups

€1035 in the pot.............

think because of the number of re-buys was thinking of putting the reg up to 3 and getting dealers, this will spead up the game and make it a lot smoother..........

will keep everyone posted

This sounds like great craic and will get in some night when i dont have to work! But is it really PL Omaha self deal? Sounds messy. I'd defo go for putting the reg up and getting dealers in for the reasons you suggest.
