Remodelling very small bathroom front facing in Victorian house .... currently fits bath & basin + hot press. Trying to get loo in too, but to do so the options are to move the hot press ... the only other suitable place is in ground floor cloakroom & will cost in region of 7k ... OR ... to put the bath under the window with the loo & basin at right angle to it.

At the moment the layout re bathrooms is ... ground floor shower, loo & basin, on return of stairs 5 steps from top a decent size loo & basin then the bathroom as above. All being revamped.
Anyone got any thouhghts on bath in front of window at front of house?!!

Also should mention since the bathroom is effectively over the entrance porch the pipes from the loo will come down the side of it (where those from sink & bath are now) ...not immediately visible ... only if walking around house or viewing from the road which due to high trees is not currently an option ...walls are white & pipe work would be also. Plumber doesn't see much of a problem. Any advice appreciated .. thanks.
