N95 8Gb Vibro Alert problem

Hi I recently updated my N95 to the latest firmware but now intermittently when I check my mail the vibro alert doesn't stop after a new mail comes in, any ideas?

factory reset andor/ upgrade the firmware if there's a newer version and if neither of those work, send it in for repair
