    On ADSL2+ I see.

    That line would be capable of more than 15Mb Id say. Low low attenuation and a very high SNR margin considering your synced at nearly 4.6Mb.

    I agree about should be able for around 15mbit. Who's your isp by the way, Smart? Magnet?
