3 Problems with DVR

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problems that I am having.

Firstly, it happens to me a lot that the DVR will just not come out of standby mode, and the only way for me to start it up is by disconnecting the power supply and then reconnnecting. Very annoying and dangerous if you are recording something at the time.

Secondly, the info bar, sometimes it just won't go off my screen, unless I press info loads of times, and when this happens I can't the mini guide to work properly..it's very frustrating.

Finally. during playback, if I rewind to a certain point and press play, it always jumps forward about 30 seconds....I just want to press play and for it to start from that point but it keeps jumping, sometimes causing the playback to stop.

Do I have a dud box or do other people have these problems. I am now living in fear that I might have to waste 4 hours of my life next week by phoning UPC/NTL!

i have this it not really a problem with the dvr it just that when u are rewinding the picture seems to be ahead of the buffer and when you press play it starts from where the buffer is

for the other proplems i'd say its a dud box and you should ring upc. and get a new one

    hope this helps
