    Hi All,

My parents are looking to sell their 2 yr old mobile home. They paid 68k for it and are finding it hard to get an accurate figure as to what it is now worth. Can anyone help?

    - 2 Yr Old "Atlas Image"
    - 39ft 2 bedroom
    - Decking surrounding it
    - In desirable West of Ireland location

Does anyone have experience of what the likely depreciation is on one of these?

    Cheers...

Is it on a site- and if so- where? The location pretty much determines the price for mobile homes. In the current market it will be difficult as hell to sell it regardless...... People simply do not have the disposable income that they had 2-3 years ago.

Its in a seaside town in Sligo.

Re: Disposable Income... agreed, I think in the current climate ppl are going to be more cautious before spending large amounts of money...

    Thanks...
