Hi All,

I have a friend, who has set up a PSN account and has put credit card details on it, and has a credit balance on the account. But being the fool that he is, he has forgotten his password and even the security question does not seem to help him.

Is it possible to contact customer support in order to verify his identity and get the password given to him again ??

Has anybody here done this, or forgotten their password and gotten it back ??
