    Hi, i was expecting a package today from TNT, got a call yesterday from a german chap saying i have a customs fee to pay which is grand, wrote the cheque and was waiting all day today for the courier, no sign no call. Checked the tracking site to see this

    25 Jul 2008 17:00 Not Home On Delivery Attempt To Residential Address
    25 Jul 2008 09:15 Out For Delivery

    Not home? Yes i was...All day :mad: Whats the story with that like? They didn't even try to call me!

    Well sadly there are too many bastards, and I mean that, that just because a lot of people live in apts (maybe you do/don't) don't be in most of the time they took it for granted you weren't going to be.

    If I were you I would ring them and ask for a manager and give them a good piece of your mind. No one called out and how dare they give that bull ****. A bit of slander to the company you ordered from regarding TNT's useless policies might also be in order.

    You're going to be charged for delivery twice, if it has gone back to Germany, hopefully it's not. But make them put it on TNT's a/c. Very annoying situation, I wish you well.

    Hi, I ordered a part for my car from a company in the UK. No idea what day or time it was coming. Just got a call ten minutes ago to say the driver is in a village 2 MILES from the house. WTF?
    How am I supposed to be at home when everyone in house the is working. They didnt have the manners to give me a delivery date,nevermind a rough time.
