Looking for right publisher

    Can anyone suggest a good known publisher of books that are non-fiction based?
    Not necessarly Irish based as my work has been international.

    I have worked in a certain area for 20 years and am putting together in book form, my experiences. Dealing with the public, danger and the famous to lightly mention areas.
