I was just browsing around Carzone and I spotted this rare Irish-reg. SD1 3500:

Now the last time I saw an Irish-reg. SD1 was around the mid-90's, and even then, they were as rare as hen's teeth.

Tad bit overpriced though.

Also, on the lesser scale of things, another overpriced car, this time an Irish-reg. Nissan Sentra:

To be honest, it's only worth about a quarter of the price listed.

I for my sins have a bit of a rover thing. I could source two similar codt and spec UK reg'd SD1 Twin pled vitesses for that (of the same standard). It looks like a nice example, however there is a very limited market for a large V8 rover that not over 30 and has the V8. If you have a rover V8, better to still with P5s and 6's.

I spotted an SD1 in a field in west cork 2 days ago. It was a purple colour and was an original irish registration. The car is located in Adrigole.

I can see why car sales have slumped in this country, idiots charging €10k for an SD1 and €2,500 for a clapped out Sentra. :rolleyes:
