    what network are you on?

Which network are you on is a good start. Also would be worth checking what access point Realplayer is trying to use on your phone. Go into tools, settings, applications and then Real Player - look under network and check which access point if any is configured.

Every time I get this problem, I forget the solution which is to go into the tools - settings - applications and change the connection for realplayer. It's trying to connect to a wifi connection that you are not within reach automatically. I don't know what the situation is that causes this though.

if you're using the meteor wap settings, that's why it's not working. you need to use the meteor data access point. you can get the settings sent to your phone from the meteor website
