    Anybody know of a free virtual ATC program thats easy to use?

    Did you think of joining VATeir? its good as you use voice and real fellas are reading it back, the atc client is free.

    control them in what sense....on vatsim? or on the default FS atc?

    There is an Aerosoft product called tower simulator but is unrelated to FS itself
