Hi all, I have a question about phone insurance (read all the email on boards - brilliant as always). Just wondering is there an alternative to using o2 insurance plan. It's for work so I can not use the household insurance. Thanks for any advice offered.

the carphone warehouse offer insurance on all their phones. for higher end phones (€149+ on prepay) you pay a fixed amount direct debit, for lower end phones you pay for a year up front.

Do you have to purchase the phone directly from Carphone Warehouse to avail of this though?
